Yoshi Mizuguchi graduated with a master’s degree from Rikkyo (St. Paul’s) University in Japan and joined the TOPPAN Group in 1993. He has held various project management and business development positions in TOPPAN’s security business while establishing the manufacturing processes for components of high security documents.

He was appointed general manager in 2015 and served for eight years as the head of a marketing and R&D team focused on passports, ID cards, and security features such as holograms.

Currently, as a Senior Advisor, he further leverages his expertise to analyze market needs and technology developments from multiple perspectives. Remaining well-informed of the latest security technologies, he actively advocates for the development and application of advanced technologies to relevant departments, thereby contributing to the advancement of the company’s technical capabilities and strategic direction.
